How and when to use Nosht Endurance Drink Mix
Studies have shown that drinking high-sodium beverages before and during training increases blood plasma volume. When exercising in the heat, this makes it easier to regulate our body temperature and we perceive less strain, leading to increased exercise capacity.
To benefit from Nosht Endurance Drink Mix:
- Mix one scoop of powder (17.5g) per 500ml. Shake well.
- Drink about one litre of this mix over half an hour, two to four hours before training.
- Drink as much as is required during training to maintain full hydration, especially when taking part in endurance sports or when training at higher temperatures.
Each 350g container of Nosht Endurance Drink Mix makes up to 20 servings with total 10 litres of drink.
